I finally get the joke now...with that "Biggest Loser" show...
The host of the Australian version is "Ajay Rochester"
Rochester is a brand of Carburetor for car engines,... otherwise known as "Carbs"
Carbs are the bane of any dieter....

...Well...I thought it was funny anyway
