Rules 1-4: Naaaeeeooow Poofters!
To be fair, it's a good rule.
The others are probably to do with mutinies, swabbing the poop deck and so on.
The sad thing is that while they enforced this rule with staff squirting sanitizer into your hands as you enter the eatery, their own bar staff pour you a drink and then pick up a straw with their bare hands, right at the top where you put your mouth, and place it in your drink..... double standards! As soon as I noticed this behavior I ditched every straw.....
